FADERS

Faders are simply images that dissolve into one another in an image box. In this section you are able to add, edit and delete your different faders.

• Add Fader

To add your fader, type in what you would like to call the fader into "Fader Name" ensuring that you use no character spaces. Next, click on the "Background Colour" text box and you will be presented with a colour chart for you to make your selection of background colour. Simply click on the colour you wish to select it.

Finally, set the dimensions for your images and click "Create Fader" to start adding your images. This will bring up the Edit Fader page where you can click on "Browse" to search for your first image and click "Upload" once you have opened your image. Once you have added all your images for this fader, you can set the time delay and order of the images. Ensure that you click on "Save Changes" if you do change any delay times etc. To insert the fader into your website, you now need to go to the FCK Editor in which you wish your fader to appear, such as on your index page or banner management, and insert the Fader Name in the following format: ###Fader_Name###

• Manage Faders

The Manage Faders section displays all of the faders that you have currently uploaded, and gives you the ability to either edit or delete individual faders. By clicking "Edit" next to your selected Fader Name you will have the ability to alter, delete or add additional individual images, change the priority with which they appear, amend the delay of time that they appear and provide a link to another page or site. You can delete an entire fader by clicking on "Delete" next to the selected fader.
