Email Settings

Here you can set out a specified format for the emails, choose destinations for confirmations and customer contact, and deal with most emails sent out, and to, your customers whenever their order status is updated.

 

• Available Templates

This page gives you the ability to edit a number of email templates for different circumstances, in the format that you wish them to appear.

Below you will see an example of how the email templates will need to be set out. This particular template would apply to the Awaiting Payment email. You can personalise the templates as much as you wish, however you need to ensure that the details which will vary for each customer, such as customer names and items ordered, are set out as shown below and as shown on your list of Predefined Variables when you click on "Edit" next to one of the templates.
