Section is currently being updated. Thank you for your patience... EDIT PRODUCT To edit a product click on "Edit Product" in the Menu. From here you can search for a product using the search box. Once your product is shown in the list you can click "Edit" to start editing the product and its advanced features. If you have just added a product and clicked "Edit Product and Advanced Features" you will now be on the same page. There are multiple options you can edit from here. The different areas are broken down into sections listed across the top of the page in tabs.
GENERAL The General tab allows you to edit the basic information that was inputted during the "Add a Product" stage. Once amendments have been made to these fields, be sure to click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
• Meta Title/Description/Keywords These will be read by the search engines with words regarding your product being input automatically. However should you wish to change them you may do so by entering text into the fields provided and clicking "Submit" to update. Please see our "SEO Guide" near the end of the manual for further information.
IMAGES To upload an image from your computer click the "Browse" button to look though your files and find your image. Once you have found the image, select it and click "Open" and the file name will appear in the text box. Then click "Upload" and your picture will be added to your product. • Multiple Images You can upload multiple images for your product using the same method outlined above. Once you have more than one image you will be given the option of prioritising them so that you can select a main image and then arrange what order additional images will appear. The image at the top of the list will show as your main product image and you can change the priority of an image by clicking the blue arrows.
RELATED • Searching for a Related Product You can search for related products by their Product Code, Full Name or Display Name by selecting one form the drop-down menu, entering your data and clicking "Search". To retrieve all of your products enter ‘*' and click "Search". • Add Related Product To add a related product click "Add" alongside the product you wish to add. You can add as many related products as you like and place them in order of priority using the blue arrows. These will then show on your site on the product page with links to the related product.
ADD-ONS An add-on is an existing product or service that you wish to link to your product providing users with the option of adding them to their shopping cart when they order that given product. Add-on products do not show any where else on your website. The best example of when to use an add-on product would be for warranties or gift wrapping services, as these are products that people would not buy individually. Once a user has added a product to their shopping cart with an add-on product, if they then remove the product from their shopping cart the add-on product will also be removed.
• Add Add-on Product Select your preferred search method from the drop down menu (Product Code, Full Name or Display Name) and enter your text in the box provided. Or alternatively enter ‘*' to bring up all add-on products. Then click the "Add" button alongside your chosen Add-On to select the item as a product. Add-on products must be created before they will be available to add. For more information see ‘Add-on Products'.
OPTIONS Options are used to create variants for your products e.g. size, colour etc. • Name Enter the name in the text box provided (for example, size, colour etc.) If you require customers to make a choice between the different options, check the "Required" check box. Then click "Add Option". Once you have added an option type, a new field will be visible. This is where you can add the different option values. • Option Configuration You need to enter a description of the option as it will appear to the customer, for example, if it was size then you would enter size 10, size 12, etc. Then click "Add Option". You will now have the ability to make the option visible or not, edit the price difference, enter a separate product code, and enter the number in stock. You can again re-order Options and Option Types using the blue arrows. Once you have done this click "Update All" to add all of the options to your product.
OPTION TEMPLATES Options are used to create variants for your products e.g. size, colour etc and where these options may be the same for a number of different items, you can use 'Option Templates' to save you time. Click on 'Option Templates' in the control panel and then enter the template name* under 'create template' e.g. colour. The created option template should now show in the list of templates - here you can 'edit' the template in order to add all the options. Once you have clicked 'edit' you then enter the name 'colour' into the text box provided. If you require customers to make a choice between the different options, check the "Required" check box. Then click "Add Option". Once you have added an option type, a new field will be visible. This is where you can add the different option values.

To apply the option template to your products you need to 'edit product' and search for the relevant product, before clicking 'edit'. This then displays a number of tabs e.g. General, Images, Options - you need to click 'options' and then select the relevant template under 'import options' and then 'import'. Once the template has uploaded, you will also have the facility to amend it manually as necessary. For example you may not have the colour red available for a couple of your products so you can remove this option once you have uploaded the template.
This tab allows you to view all of the customer feedback that has been written and left for the specified product should you use a feedback form.
